Why these are articles and not just embeds

A ten-minute walkthrough shows you a building. It cannot show you the service charge history, the registered transaction prices for the tower, the assignment fee the developer will charge, or the clause in the sale and purchase agreement covering a delayed handover. Those are the things that determine whether a purchase works, and they are written out under every video.
