What to send me
- Your budget, and whether it is cash or partly financed
- What you want the property to do: income, growth, a home, or residency
- Your timeline — buying this month is a different search from buying this year
- Whether you have been to Dubai before, and which areas you already like
- Any specific project you have been shown, so I can check it against the record
None of that is a form you have to fill in. A paragraph on WhatsApp is enough to start.
