Villa restoration in Dubai

A Dubai villa usually means natural stone over large areas, bespoke joinery, designer furniture and pieces brought from Europe. All of it was chosen for a specific project, and replacing a damaged section with "the same" is usually impossible.

Book-matched marble, a stone pattern running from the wall to the worktop, a discontinued collection — in these cases replacing one area means redoing the whole surface. Restoration here is not a saving but the only practical option.

We restore the villa in place — floors, stairs, bathrooms, worktops, doors, panelling and furniture — matching colour and texture so the restored area does not stand out.

Typical villa work

Floors and stairs

Grinding and polishing marble, restoring gloss or a honed finish, filling chips and cracks without changing slabs.

Bathrooms and kitchen

Stains, rings and lost gloss on stone; worktops with cup rings and heat marks.

Doors and panelling

Dents and scuffs from moves, touch-ups and lacquer, veneer repair.

Furniture and collections

Antique and designer furniture, gilding, frames, mirrors — adapted to the UAE climate.

Before selling or letting

Finishes sell a villa: buyers and tenants in the premium segment notice worn stone and chips before the layout. Restoration before listing costs far less than the discount those defects would be used to demand.

Frequently asked questions

Can marble be restored without replacing slabs?

In most cases, yes: chips are filled, scratches and dullness removed by grinding. Replacement is needed when a crack goes right through or there are voids beneath the stone.

Do we have to move out during the work?

Usually not. Work goes room by room, and noisy stages follow the community rules.
