Harbour Lights is a 52-storey residential tower in Dubai Maritime City, between Port Rashid and Drydocks World. Per the developer's brochure, the common areas are designed in the style of the jewellery house de GRISOGONO, and the interiors and shared spaces draw on cruise-liner cues: cabin-style rooms, large pools facing the sea.
One feature is called out separately: a "floating pool" — a pool set out into the sea itself. This is the project's main showcase detail, and it's exactly the one worth checking for specifics: how access works, who maintains it, and what happens to it in a storm or in summer heat.
The brochure ties apartment types to floor ranges: for example, one-bedroom Type 1 units run from the 1st to the 17th floor, and the next batch of the same type from the 18th to the 23rd. The type number tells you the height range.
